The Conviction
Technology is inevitable in children’s lives.

Most AI tools today are designed for adults and retrofitted for children with surface-level filters. Most kids' content apps optimize for attention, not development. Parents are left juggling fragmented tools with inconsistent quality and questionable safety.
The window is closing. Generative AI is entering households at an unprecedented pace — used by and around children with minimal safeguards. Regulation is tightening across the US and Europe, raising the bar for anyone building technology that touches children's lives. The category leader for trusted, child-safe AI has not yet been established.
We believe this is the moment to build it right. Not by keeping children away from technology, but by creating technology that genuinely serves them — where safety, developmental value, and parental trust are first-class design principles, not afterthoughts.
